🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead all investment banking operations (M&A, IPOs, advisory)
- Drive revenue growth and manage high-value deals
- Ensure compliance with SEC & CBSL regulations
- Develop strategies and maintain client relationships
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Business / Accounting
- Professional: CA / CFA / CIMA / ACCA preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience (including leadership)
- Strong industry knowledge in Sri Lanka
💼 Experience
Minimum 8 years in Investment Banking including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
